Exercise to Manage Stress
Exercise is amazing! It reduces stress.
You are better able to relax after a work out. This is especially important for people who sit at a computer all day. Working online can be stressful but it’s psychological stress. Our body produces dopamine, adrenalin in response to online interactions but often there is no physical movement.

Stressed? You will feel better after you exercise.
Your mind will be clearer and your mood will be good. In the end, you will be more productive.
